- 1 cup rice milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 shots espresso or strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Ice (for iced version)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the rice milk over medium heat until warm.
- Stir in the ground cinnamon and sugar until dissolved.
- Prepare 2 shots of espresso or strong coffee.
- Pour the warm rice milk mixture over the espresso in a mug for a hot latte.
- For an iced version, fill a glass with ice, pour the espresso, then add the cinnamon rice milk mixture.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less sugar.
You can also use almond milk or oat milk for a different flavor.
Store any extra rice milk in the refrigerator for up to a week.
