Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ½ lbs. organic chicken wings, disjointed
- 2 tbsps smoked paprika
- 2 tsps on everything all-purpose blend
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 3–4 cups vegetable oil, for cooking
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2–3 tbsps hot sauce
- ½ cup organic all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon on everything all-purpose blend
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the on everything all-purpose blend, smoked paprika, and sea salt. Mix well until the chicken is coated.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for 10-15 minutes. For optimal flavor, consider marinating overnight in the refrigerator or up to two days.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and eggs.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, additional smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip each chicken wing into the milk and egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Carefully place the coated wings in the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the wings and drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Notes
For a spicier kick, increase the amount of hot sauce used.
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve maximum crispiness.
Leftover wings can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
