  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • vanilla ice cream, optional

Instructions

  2. Flatten 8 cinnamon rolls and lay them in the prepared pan.
  3. Brush the flattened cinnamon rolls with the whipped egg white.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together 2 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 10 minutes.
  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and evenly spread the apple pie filling over the cinnamon rolls.
  7. In another bowl, mix the softened butter, flour, brown sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon using the back of a fork to create a crumble.
  8. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apple pie filling, then top it with the chopped pecans.
  9. Bake the entire pie for 25-30 minutes.
  10. For added flavor, consider topping with the icing from the cinnamon rolls or serving with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
