Ingredients

  • 2 big tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 7080 g shredded coconut chips
  • 5060 g cacao mass
  • 50 g cacao butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 12 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 23 tsp coconut sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients for the base layer in a double boiler.
  • Melt and mix until you achieve a thick coconut paste.
  • Pour the coconut mixture into a glass or ceramic tray and refrigerate until slightly firm.
  • Proceed to prepare the chocolate layer.
