- ½ cup wilton bright pink candy melts
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Fold in the cream cheese chips until evenly incorporated.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Scoop the dough using a 1 ½ tablespoon cookie scoop and roll into balls. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Melt the vanilla melting wafers using a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently.
- Dip each dough ball into the melted vanilla wafers and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle your choice of sprinkles on half of the coated dough balls before the coating dries.
- Melt the pink candy melts in piping bags and drizzle over the remaining coated cake balls.
- Allow to set completely before serving.
Notes
Ensure the cake mix is heat-treated to eliminate any bacteria before use.
For best results, allow dough balls to sit for a while before coating to prevent cracking.
Use your preferred color of sprinkles to make them more festive.
