- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ½ cups herb stuffing mix
- ¼ cup melted salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the prepared baking dish and layer with Swiss cheese slices on top.
- In a medium bowl, combine soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and pour evenly over the chicken and cheese.
- In another bowl, mix the herb stuffing with melted butter. Spread this mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally and the stuffing is golden brown.

You can substitute the chicken broth with white wine for a richer taste.
Feel free to add some vegetables on the side to customize the dish.
