Description

This Strawberries and Cream Martini is a delightful blend of fresh strawberries and creamy flavors. Perfect for gatherings, it promises a mouthwatering experience with its simple prep and irresistible taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh, tops removed and chopped
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ice
  • 8 oz whipped cream vodka divided
  • 4 oz baileys irish cream divided
  • strawberry puree divided
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon grenadine optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the puree by blending strawberries and sugar in a food processor.
  • Strain the mixture using a fine strainer to remove the seeds, yielding about ½ cup of strawberry puree.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then add half of the whipped cream vodka, Baileys Irish cream, and strawberry puree. Shake until chilled. If desired, mix in ½ teaspoon of grenadine or simple syrup for added sweetness.
  • Strain the mixture into two martini glasses and repeat the process for the second batch.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness of the martini by adding more grenadine or simple syrup as per your taste.
Always use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
