Description

This Steak Marinade adds irresistible flavor with its blend of olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh herbs, making it an easy choice for a quick and delicious dinner.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil or light flavored oil
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or ¼ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1 clove garlic minced or more to taste

Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl or freezer bag, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, parsley, rosemary, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
  2. Add up to 2 pounds of steak and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
  3. Remove steaks and discard marinade.
  4. Grill or broil to desired doneness.

Notes

For a stronger flavor, let the steak marinate for the full 4 hours.
This marinade works great with a variety of steak cuts, including ribeye and sirloin.
Make sure to discard the marinade after use to prevent contamination.
