Description

The Spring Brunch Board with Eggs, Pastries, Fruit & Dips is a delightful spread perfect for gatherings. With simple ingredients like eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit, it offers a burst of flavors that everyone will love, making it an ideal choice for brunch lovers.

  • 4 eggs hard or soft boiled
  • 8 slices candied bacon
  • 8 mini belgian waffles i bought pre-made
  • 2 belgian waffles i bought pre-made
  • 4 slices raisin bread
  • 2 mini raisin bagels
  • 2 potato pancakes i bought pre-made
  • ¼ lb smoked black forest sausage
  • 1 oz smoked salmon
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 8 strawberries
  • ½ pt raspberries
  • 2 apples
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese sliced
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon honey for drizzling garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill for garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Prepare the eggs by boiling them and cooking the bacon beforehand. Once boiled, peel the eggs to have them ready for serving.
  • For candied bacon, place the slices on a parchment-lined baking tray. Layer 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon of chili powder, a light dusting of cinnamon, and about ¼ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes over the bacon. Bake for 15 minutes or until it reaches your preferred doneness.
