- 1 each chili in adobo sauce, seeds removed and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 whole lime
Instructions
- Trim any excess fat or tendons from the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a freezer bag or between two sheets of plastic wrap and tenderize using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
- In a small bowl, mix the avocado oil, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and minced chili until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and ensure all sides are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
