Description

These Simple Fruit & Yogurt Parfaits with Granola combine creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola for a delightful treat. Perfect for breakfast or a satisfying snack, this easy recipe allows customization to suit any palate, making it a go-to for health-conscious food lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional – more as a drizzle
  • ¾ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup berries , or any other fruit cut into small 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup homemade granola, or store bought granola

Instructions

  • Mix honey or maple syrup with Greek yogurt in a small bowl until well combined, if using a sweetener.
  • Layer half of the yogurt at the bottom of a mason jar or bowl. Add half of the fruit and half of the granola.
  • Top with the remaining yogurt, followed by the rest of the fruit and granola.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately.
