- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
- 2 cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, combine heavy cream and icing sugar, mixing on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Taste and adjust sweetness with more icing sugar if desired.
- In a cup, layer about ⅓ cup chopped strawberries, followed by ½ cup whipped cream, and then ½ cup blueberries. Repeat this layering process for the remaining cups.
- Top with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry, if desired.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more icing sugar to the whipped cream if you like it sweeter.
