Description

These Red, White and Blue Fruit Cups are a delightful mix of strawberries and blueberries topped with whipped cream. They’re a fast, vibrant, and fresh treat perfect for any gathering or celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup icing sugar
  • 1 ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped small
  • 2 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a stand mixer or large bowl with a hand mixer, combine heavy cream and icing sugar, mixing on medium speed for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Taste and adjust sweetness with more icing sugar if desired.
  2. In a cup, layer about ⅓ cup chopped strawberries, followed by ½ cup whipped cream, and then ½ cup blueberries. Repeat this layering process for the remaining cups.
  3. Top with an extra dollop of whipped cream and a strawberry, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more icing sugar to the whipped cream if you like it sweeter.
These fruit cups can be made ahead of time; assemble just before serving to keep the ingredients fresh.
