Description

These Pizza Roll-Ups are loaded with irresistible flavors like pepperoni, ham, and gooey mozzarella, perfect for a quick dinner or satisfying snack. Easy to prepare, these delectable rolls are sure to impress everyone at your table!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 6 slices deli ham, roughly cut into squares
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • dipping sauce of your choice for serving
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 12×10 inches and ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a ½ inch border.
  • Evenly distribute pepperoni, ham, and mozzarella cheese on top, ensuring it's a thin layer.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the longer side, pinching to seal the edges. Cut into 12 equal pieces with a serrated knife and arrange on the sheet pan, spaced apart.
  • Prepare the garlic butter by mixing melted butter, italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Brush the tops and edges of the rolls with garlic butter, saving some for later use.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Once out of the oven, brush with remaining garlic butter and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, avoid rolling the dough too thin to maintain shape during baking.
Don’t overstuff the rolls to prevent collapsing while baking.
