Description

These Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites are an irresistible treat made with creamy peanut butter and Skyr yogurt. Easy to prepare and perfect for quick snacks or dessert, they feature a delightful blend of flavors and textures with chocolate chips and a touch of flaky sea salt.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and flaky sea salt on top.
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours to set.
  4. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

For a different flavor, try using almond butter instead of peanut butter.
Make sure to use mini chocolate chips for the best texture.
These bites can be stored in the freezer for a couple of weeks.
