- 1 cup Skyr yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and flaky sea salt on top.
- Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours to set.
- Once frozen, remove from the freezer and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
For a different flavor, try using almond butter instead of peanut butter.
Make sure to use mini chocolate chips for the best texture.
These bites can be stored in the freezer for a couple of weeks.
