- 1 cup chocolate almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- mini-vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9 x 13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Mash enough over ripe bananas to measure 2 2/3 cups.
- In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, creamy peanut butter, chocolate almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Stir in rolled oats and cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle mini vegan chocolate chips on top as desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let them sit inside for an additional 20 minutes.
- Once time is up, take it out of the oven and allow to cool.
- Optional: Drizzle melted creamy peanut butter over the cooled oatmeal before serving.

For added sweetness, consider adjusting the maple syrup amount based on your preference.
