- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 8.8 oz package biscoff cookies
- 1 –2 fresh peaches
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the fresh peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg over medium heat.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until peaches become tender and juices are released.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and pour into the peach mixture.
- Continue stirring and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the filling thickens like a peach cobbler.
- Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Notes
For best results, use fresh peaches when in season.
You can layer the pudding with sliced fresh peaches for added flavor and texture.
Prepare in advance and chill for a refreshing dessert.
Adjust sweetness to taste depending on the ripeness of the peaches.
