Ingredients
Scale
- 1 graham cracker crust

- 12 ounces orange creamsicle yogurt, 2 containers
- 8 ounces whipped cream, plus more for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, combine the orange jello mix with 1/4 cup of the reserved mandarin orange juice. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Once heated, allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
- After thickening, whisk in the orange yogurt and Cool Whip. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped mandarin oranges.
- Pour the resulting pie filling into the pre-prepared graham cracker crust.
- Top the pie with dollops of whipped cream and whole mandarin oranges if desired.
- Refrigerate for about 4 hours to set, or freeze for a frozen dessert for 2 hours.
Notes
Ensure to reserve enough mandarin orange juice when draining the fruit for the jello mix.
For a firmer pie, refrigerate it longer than recommended or consider freezing for a refreshing dessert.
Feel free to add additional fruit as toppings for extra flavor and decoration.
