- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 jar hot fudge sauce
- Store-bought brownies
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until well blended.
- In a separate large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and fold gently until no streaks remain.
- Microwave the hot fudge sauce for 30-45 seconds to soften it.
- In a 9 x 5 bread pan, layer some chocolate mixture, followed by dollops of hot fudge. Swirl together using a knife.
- Cut brownies into cubes and layer them on top of the mixture.
- Continue layering with the remaining ingredients until everything is used.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality cocoa powder for a richer flavor.
For a softer ice cream, allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
