Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir the watermelon Jell-O into the ½ cup of boiling water until fully dissolved.
- Pour in the ½ cup of cold water and stir well. Let it cool on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth, then add the diced watermelon and mix gently.
- Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours until it sets completely.
