This No-Bake Watermelon Pie is a refreshing treat that combines the delightful flavor of watermelon with creamy cool whip. Perfect for summer gatherings, this easy dessert features simple ingredients and a delicious taste that will impress your guests and satisfy your sweet cravings.

  • 1 (3.6-ounce box) watermelon-flavored jell-o
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 (8-ounce tub) cool whip, thawed
  • 1½ cups diced seedless watermelon, blotted dry
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • watermelon slices, mint leaves (optional decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir the watermelon Jell-O into the ½ cup of boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Pour in the ½ cup of cold water and stir well. Let it cool on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth, then add the diced watermelon and mix gently.
  4. Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours until it sets completely.
  6. Slice and serve chilled, optionally garnished with Cool Whip, watermelon cubes, or mint leaves.
  7. Store leftovers in the fridge, covered, for up to 3 days.

For a firmer pie, let it chill overnight.
