- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 ½ cups crushed oreo cookies (mint or double stuf)
- ½ cup green m&m’s
- 1 tbsp green sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Microwave semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Spread melted semi-sweet chocolate out onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies over the melted chocolate. Allow this to cool for at least 5 minutes to set slightly.
- Microwave white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until melted.
- Carefully pour and spread the white chocolate over the Oreo layer.
- Immediately sprinkle the top with M&M’s and sprinkles.
- Let the bark cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until hard.
- Break into irregular pieces with a knife or your hands and serve.
