Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the halved tomatoes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, grated garlic, chopped basil, parsley, thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt.
- Stir the mixture until well combined.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap.
- Let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes; for the best flavor, marinate for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- If marinating for longer than 2 hours, refrigerate to keep ingredients fresh.
