Description
This Lobster Tail in Irresistible Garlic Butter offers an incredible flavor experience with minimal effort. Perfect for a quick dinner or a special occasion, it’s a delightful way to enjoy succulent lobster with a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tails lobster tails 4–6 oz each, thawed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter european-style for extra richness
- 1 tsp garlic powder burn-resistant flavor
- 0.5 tsp paprika for color
- 0.5 tsp cajun seasoning low-sodium blend recommended
- 2 wedges lemon warm before squeezing for maximum yield
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped finely for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat while keeping it attached at the base, resting it on the split shell. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once foamy, whisk in garlic powder, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.
- Sear the lobster tails flesh-side down in the seasoned butter for 2 minutes, spooning the butter over the tops as they cook.
- Flip the tails to cook shell-side down for an additional 1–2 minutes until the meat is firm yet springy.
- Squeeze lemon wedges over the lobster tails in the pan.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately, drizzled with the pan sauce.
Notes
Ensure lobster is thawed completely before preparation.
Use fresh lemons for the best flavor.
Adjust the seasoning to your taste if desired.
