Description

This easy corn on the cob recipe features tender, flavorful corn, topped with butter and spices. Ideal for quick dinners and healthy meals, it’s a hit with everyone!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears corn on the cob, shucked
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp herbs and spices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (about 204°C).
  2. Wrap each shucked corn ear in aluminum foil with a drizzle of oil or a pat of butter.
  3. Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Remove from the oven, carefully unwrap, and let cool before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, try using flavored butter or sprinkle your favorite herbs on top.
Ensure the corn is fully shucked to avoid any unwanted silk during cooking.
For a smokier flavor, consider grilling the corn instead of baking.
