This Honey-Lime Margarita-ish Mocktail is packed with flavor and easy to prepare, featuring zesty lime juice mixed with honey and tonic water. Perfect for hot days or casual gatherings!
Ingredients

- juice from one lime (plus one slice for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 6 ounces tonic water
- 2–3 slices of jalapeno
- a dash of sea salt flakes
- 3/4 to 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a 14-ounce glass, pour the honey and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until the honey dissolves.
- Add in the juice of one lime.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in about 6 ounces of tonic water.
- Incorporate 2 to 3 slices of jalapeno, then stir everything together.
- Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes and garnish with a lime slice.
Notes
Adjust the jalapeno slices to taste for desired spiciness.
For a sweeter flavor, add more honey as preferred.
This mocktail can be easily doubled for more servings.
