Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
  • 2 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and honey together in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once melted, add the frozen corn and stir occasionally until it's cooked through.
  3. Add the cubed cream cheese, salt, and pepper; stir to combine and let it cook while stirring occasionally.

This dish pairs well with grilled meats or as a side for tacos.
For a little spice, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper.
