Description

These High Protein Cheesecake Jars combine creamy cottage cheese and skyr yogurt, delivering a tasty, healthy dessert that’s easy to prepare and perfect for sweet cravings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 graham cracker sheets, crushed
  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup plain skyr yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Fresh fruit
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Nut Butter

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste in a high-speed blender until smooth and set aside.
  2. Layer crushed graham crackers in the bottom of two jars, then evenly distribute the cheesecake filling into each jar.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
