Description

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs frozen meatballs
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained with juice reserved
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 ½ cups bbq sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons green onions for topping

Instructions

  • Place the frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, and chopped red bell peppers in the slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger powder. Mix well and pour over the meatballs.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until the meatballs are fully heated and their internal temperature reaches 160°F.
