Description

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 8 taco-size corn or flour tortillas
  • toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, avocado

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef while crumbling it with a spatula.
  • Drain excess grease if necessary.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add chili powder, cumin, tomato sauce, and a bit of water. Stir well and let simmer.
