Description

These grilled chicken wings are packed with flavor thanks to a mouthwatering marinade of olive oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Ideal for a quick dinner or outdoor gatherings, this recipe is easy to prepare and will surely impress your guests.

  • 3 pounds chicken wings party style
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken wings in a bowl or a resealable gallon-sized bag.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Pour the marinade over the wings and marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium heat.
  5. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  6. Remove the wings from the grill and garnish with additional chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the wings marinate overnight.
Adjust the level of brown sugar based on your preferred sweetness.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.
