Description

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large zip bag with the Italian dressing, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Squeeze out the air and shake the bag to coat the chicken.
  2. Refrigerate the bag for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill and clean it by rubbing half an onion on the hot grates.
  4. Remove the chicken from the bag and discard the marinade.
  5. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cook the chicken on medium-high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15 minutes.
