- ½ cup of greek yogurt, or yogurt of choice
- 1 avocado, pitted and removed from skin
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
- ½ cupp of fresh dill, packed
- ¼ cup of mint, packed
- ½ cup of green onions, lightly chopped
- ⅓ cup of fresh basil, packed
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼–½ cup of water to thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for the olive oil into a food processor or blender, omitting the salt as needed.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is creamy with minimal chunks. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while blending for an additional 30 seconds.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, noting potential avocado discoloration.
