Description

This Green Goddess Dressing is a vibrant blend of fresh herbs and creaminess that elevates any meal. Easy to prepare and packed with bold flavors, it’s perfect for salads or as a dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor bowl.
  2. Process on high until the mixture is smooth, pausing to scrape the sides as needed.
  3. Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to preference.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least one hour before serving for enhanced flavor.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute the sour cream and mayo with vegan alternatives.
This dressing pairs excellently with a variety of salads or as a veggie dip.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
