Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh basil
- 1/4 cup (loosely packed) fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 small pinch cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor bowl.
- Process on high until the mixture is smooth, pausing to scrape the sides as needed.
- Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to preference.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least one hour before serving for enhanced flavor.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute the sour cream and mayo with vegan alternatives.
This dressing pairs excellently with a variety of salads or as a veggie dip.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
