- 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
- 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
- 4 oz triple sec
- juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
- ¼ maple syrup; you can also use honey if you don't have maple syrup
- ½ cup crushed ice
- sugar for the rim
- ¼ cup club soda; more if needed
- lime wheels and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Rim your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, or thicken it with a splash of club soda.
- Pour the blended drink into your rimmed glass.
- Top with a splash of club soda if preferred, and garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves.
Notes
For a sweeter drink, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
You can substitute honey for maple syrup if needed.
