Description

This Frozen Berry Margarita combines tart berries with smooth tequila, creating a refreshing drink ideal for summer gatherings. Easy to prepare, it’s a flavorful way to enjoy cocktails at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 4 oz silver tequila or white tequila
  • 4 oz triple sec
  • juice of ½ lime plus more for rimming the glass
  • ¼ maple syrup; you can also use honey if you don't have maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • sugar for the rim
  • ¼ cup club soda; more if needed
  • lime wheels and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping it into sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired, or thicken it with a splash of club soda.
  4. Pour the blended drink into your rimmed glass.
  5. Top with a splash of club soda if preferred, and garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
You can substitute honey for maple syrup if needed.
This drink is best served immediately for maximum freshness.
