Description

This Edible Sugar Cookie Dough is a delectable treat that combines smooth butter, sweet sugar, and fun sprinkles. Perfect for quick snacking or satisfying a sweet tooth, this easy-to-make dough is a delightful indulgence for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup (124g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles or other mix-ins

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer.
  3. Add both the vanilla and almond extracts, along with the milk. Mix until combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the flour until the dough is smooth.
  5. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles or any additional mix-ins you desire.
  6. Serve the dough scooped like ice cream or with a spoon. You can also form it into balls or mold it in an 8×8-inch pan for convenient squares.
