- 2 ounces Freshly Squeeze Lemon Juice
- 2 ounces Lemon Simple Syrup
- 1 cup Sparkling Water
- Lemon Slices for garnish
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Lemons Zested
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Instructions
- In a glass, combine lemon simple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
- Gently pour in the sparkling water.
- Garnish with a few slices of lemon and enjoy!
- To prepare the Lemon Simple Syrup:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and lemon zest off the heat, massaging the zest into the sugar.
- Add water and lemon juice, then heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Allow to cool before transferring to a mason jar.
Notes
For an extra tart flavor, feel free to adjust the amount of lemon juice used.
