Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen blueberries, banana, and vanilla yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little liquid if needed for consistency.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring to leave some space at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with foil and insert sticks into each mold.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours until solid.
  5. To serve, dip the molds briefly in warm water to loosen them, then gently pull on the sticks to release the popsicles.

Feel free to substitute fresh blueberries if preferred.
These popsicles can be stored in the freezer for several weeks.
Experiment with adding other fruits like strawberries or peaches for varied flavors.
