Description

This Creamy Coleslaw combines crunchy veggies with a rich dressing, making it ideal for summer gatherings, potlucks, or as a vibrant side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions, then toss briefly to combine.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, celery seeds, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the cabbage to soften.
  5. Before serving, toss the slaw again and taste, adjusting seasoning with salt, pepper, or vinegar as needed.

Notes
