Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour & 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  2. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about a minute until smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  4. Roll each piece into a thin round shape.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden spots appear and fully cooked.

Notes

Using self-rising flour will give a lighter texture to the naan.
