Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 cups frozen banana slices
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute).
  2. Add frozen strawberries, honey, and lemon juice for the strawberry flavor; blend until creamy (3 to 4 minutes).
  3. For the banana flavor, add frozen banana slices, honey, and vanilla extract; blend until creamy (3 to 4 minutes).
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
