- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1.5 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or kashmiri chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable or avocado)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1.5-inch pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic-ginger paste, and spices to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken to the bowl and coat thoroughly. Let it marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving with chutney or rice.
