Description

Cheese Ball Bites offer a delightful combination of cream cheese, mascarpone, and sharp cheddar, rolled in cranberries, pecans, and herbs. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for parties or snacks, making it irresistible for cheese lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce block cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces mascarpone cheese softened
  • 6 ounces finely grated sharp white cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans regular or candied pecans
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced chives
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, mixing until smooth.
  • Incorporate the cheddar cheese along with salt and pepper, mixing until blended.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-sized cheese balls.
  • Place the chopped cranberries and pecans on two separate dishes, and mix the chives and parsley together on a third plate.
  • Coat one-third of the cheese balls in pecans, one-third in cranberries, and the last third in herbs.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until it's time to serve.
