- 1/2 cup thinly sliced chives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Incorporate the cheddar cheese along with salt and pepper, mixing until blended.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized cheese balls.
- Place the chopped cranberries and pecans on two separate dishes, and mix the chives and parsley together on a third plate.
- Coat one-third of the cheese balls in pecans, one-third in cranberries, and the last third in herbs.
