These Caramel Rice Krispie Treats are a delightful mix of crunchy and chewy textures, made with simple ingredients like Kraft Caramels and mini marshmallows, perfect for sharing or enjoying as a sweet snack.

- 1 (11 oz) bag Kraft Caramels, Unwrapped
- 1 cup Butter
- 7 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Unwrap the caramels and set 10 aside.
- Melt the remaining caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- While the caramels are melting, melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Remove from heat once melted. Stir in the melted caramel and 5 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows until almost combined.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies. Fold in the remaining 2 cups of mini marshmallows until well incorporated.
- Gently press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Melt the remaining 10 caramels in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and melted.
- Drizzle the melted caramels over the top of the mixture.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
Notes
For a more caramel flavor, increase the number of caramel candies used.
Make sure to press the mixture firmly into the pan for better shaping after cooling.
