- 5 packets Apple Cider Mix
- 1 Egg

- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Kraft Caramel Bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and apple cider mix until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until the mixture is well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until a cookie dough forms.
- Fold in the caramel bits until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 11 minutes or until lightly golden.
Notes
For an extra rich flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg to the dry ingredients.
