Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package brownie mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- strawberries
- assorted fresh berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a small pizza pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Whisk until just combined, taking care not to over-mix.
- Pour the brownie batter onto the prepared pizza pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Keep an eye on it to avoid over-baking. Remove and let cool completely.
- While the brownie is cooling, beat together the cream cheese and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Once the brownie pizza base is completely cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
- Slice the strawberries and arrange them along with the other berries on top in any desired pattern. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
For a sweeter frosting, feel free to adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
Using a variety of berries can enhance both the flavor and presentation of this dessert.
Make sure the brownie base is completely cool before adding the frosting to prevent it from melting.
