Ingredients
Scale
- 2 sheets phyllo dough, slightly thawed
- 8 ounces Brie cheese, cut into 1" bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 5 sprigs rosemary
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, unfold the semi-thawed phyllo dough sheets. Roll out the dough to soften creases and cut into 9 squares using a pizza cutter.
- Place each phyllo square in the greased mini muffin tins. Add a Brie piece and about 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce, then sprinkle with chopped pecans. Place the muffin pan onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and gently take the Brie Bites from the tins while still warm. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure that the phyllo dough is adequately thawed but not overly soft for easier handling.
Feel free to substitute the cranberry sauce with a fruit jam of your choice for variety.
