- 1 burrito size flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp cinnamon cream cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- cinnamon & sugar, optional
Instructions
- Spread cinnamon cream cheese on one side of the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over half of the tortilla and fold the other side over, pressing down lightly.
- Spread 1/2 tbsp of softened butter on one side of the quesadilla, then flip and spread the remaining butter on the other side. Optionally, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the buttered sides.
- Place the quesadilla on a skillet over medium heat and grill each side until golden brown.
Notes
For extra flavor, use whipped cream cheese instead of the regular one.
You can substitute fresh blueberries with other berries like strawberries or raspberries.
Serve with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
