Description

These BBQ Ribs | Sticky Oven-Roasted Ribs for Cookouts are packed with flavor and incredibly easy to prepare. Perfect for cookouts, their tender meat and smoky spices create a mouthwatering experience, ideal for a satisfying meal at home.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs baby back ribs or st. louis ribs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes or ¼ teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the rub ingredients well.
  2. If the brown sugar clumps, use your thumb and fingers to break it apart.
  3. Set the mix aside for at least 30 minutes before applying it to the ribs.

Notes

For extra tenderness, marinate the ribs overnight with the rub.
Adjust the heat by varying the amount of Korean chili flakes or cayenne.
Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce for added flavor.
