- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch pieces. Season the chicken with sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and additional sriracha, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add 2 tablespoons of oil and the coated chicken in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes before flipping.
- Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and toss it in the prepared bang bang sauce. Serve over rice or shredded cabbage.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure the chicken is well-coated with cornstarch.
Adjust the amount of sriracha to control the spice level according to your preference.
