- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Splash of bourbon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly butter a small baking dish that can hold the peaches snugly.
- Arrange the peach halves cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the peaches.

- Top the peach halves with the remaining brown sugar mixture.
