- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) and let chicken thighs come to room temperature. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the seasoning blend.
- In a large mixing bowl, place the chicken thighs and drizzle with olive oil, followed by ⅔ of the spice blend. Coat all sides of the chicken thoroughly, including under the skin.
